The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were really nice, catering to our dietary preferences. This place is located in a lovely area close to the Thames, with easy walking distance to all main attractions in Greenwich. It's even opposite the market, which is great for shopping. The staff here are amazing, from the receptionists to the people who cleaned our room. They were all so helpful and accommodating, especially when we asked to have breakfast with all our family. The amenities in the room are fantastic and it's great that they have services like dry cleaning and laundry available. Plus, the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel to families, as there's something for everyone here. There were a few things that the management could improve on, like upon check-out, but overall it's a great venue with free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area.

The hotel is ideally located in the charming area of Greenwich, close enough to the center and just a short walk away from the Greenwich Cutty Sark tube station. The proximity to the Maritime Museum and the picturesque views of the river make it a perfect choice for those wanting to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast, although basic, offers enough variety to start the day off right.
The hotel could improve in terms of their amenities, such as providing more toiletries and adding some extra touches to enhance the overall ambiance.

We loved how convenient it was to reach all the great Greenwich attractions, thanks to its proximity to the Cutty Sark DLR stop. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff, especially Averton Grant, were excellent. They were always happy and greeted everyone with a smile.
