This place is located in a lovely area close to the Thames, with easy walking distance to all main attractions in Greenwich. It's even opposite the market, which is great for shopping. The staff here are amazing, from the receptionists to the people who cleaned our room. They were all so helpful and accommodating, especially when we asked to have breakfast with all our family. The amenities in the room are fantastic and it's great that they have services like dry cleaning and laundry available. Plus, the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel to families, as there's something for everyone here. There were a few things that the management could improve on, like upon check-out, but overall it's a great venue with free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was right next to beautiful Greenwich Park and very close to the Maritime Museum. We loved how convenient it was to reach all the great Greenwich attractions, thanks to its proximity to the Cutty Sark DLR stop. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff, especially Averton Grant, were outstanding. They were always happy and greeted everyone with a smile.
